In 1972 we purchased
our first rental, and lived there for seven years. Since that time
we have purchased six other properties in SE and NE Portland and have completed over 30 years as property managers.
We pride ourselves in being responsive owners who meet the needs of
our tenants. It is important for
us to select people who are amiable and appreciative of well-maintained housing.
We believe that by offering quality apartments we will attract quality people.
Our properties are centrally located in the heart of Portland close to downtown,
bus, MAX Light Rail, and offer prime livability. The buildings are historically distinctive and are a step above what one might expect in typical apartment living. The oldest building was built in 1907 and the newest in 1955.
